Savage Productions is an award winning Dublin-based film Production Company run by producers John Keville and Conor Barry, and director Brendan Muldowney, which develops and produces feature films for an international audience.
Their debut feature film SAVAGE (writer/dir. Brendan Muldowney) was funded by the Irish Film Board and received a total of 8 Irish Film & Television Award (2010 IFTA) nominations.
Their latest film, Mark Noonan's debut feature YOU' RE UGLY TOO starring Aiden Gillen, premiered at the 65th Berlin International Film Festival in February 2015. In summer 2015 it screened at the Edinburgh International Film Festival and was awarded best debut feature film at the Galway Film Fleadh.
PILGRIMAGE, written by Jamie Hannigan, dir. Brendan Muldowney, has completed principal photography and is currently in postproduction. The film stars Tom Holland, Jon Bernthal and Richard Armitage. World sales being handled by XYZ Films.
Savage Productions co-produced the UK-IrishNetherlands co-production, BRAND NEW U, written and directed by Simon Pummell with international sales handled by The Match Factory.
The company also co-produced the documentary LIFE IS SACRED which is produced by Signe Byrge of Final Cut for Real and directed by Andreas Dalsgaard.
